This appears to be international version? Does anyone know how this affects anything as far as any functionality of the watch? Personally I'm not really worried about using the lte features of the watch. Thanks in advance for any input

Warranty won't work in US, for non domestic variants. That's the main issue. Its possible the LTE bands could differ, as well as ability to add the watch to "watch plans" on US carriers (if IMEI whitelist is used).
