It says I can't schedule an appointment until after I've bought it. I don't want to buy it and find out my store doesn't do it, or the first appointment is in March.

I've done two compustar remote starters through BB and had no issues with getting an appointment. They even moved one of the systems from one car to another ( a lease return).

Have had this unit for years and no complaints. Definitely helpful here on the east coast when it's bone chilling cold.

Had to go to a BB out of my way to get it installed but they did a good job.

It did take a long time for mine to get installed, like almost 2 months to get in. Don't miss your appt. Definitely worth it though
