Probably can run a fridge or a washing machine. Microwave will be iffy, depending on wattage. It won't be able to run any microwave long.

This is the size I use to run my CPAP all night on full blast. The panels aren't a very comfortable bed though.

edit: closet size to it, my jackery is 1070wh vs this at 768wh which is enough to run it. you need about 800 at full power.

jackery of the same size is normally like 400 on sale for the station itself, like 800 with panels or like 700ish on sale at costco. no fancy light sabers on that one though.

edit: closet size to it, jackery is 1070wh vs this at 768wh.
