Bought this for Xmas 2025. Paid for a year of service but let it lapse. Most of the time I tried to call or track the watch it would fail to do so. Texting was more reliable but still not good enough. Plus, the public schools banned any smart devices, so the kid got out of the habit of wearing it and it would just sit on the charger 24/7.

Have had a great experience with it. I bought a used one and the battery maybe makes it a day. Tracking texting and calling has worked well for us.
