Do you know of someone who is in need of a word of encouragement or consolation? Is there something to celebrate in the life of a loved one?
An enrollment in our Association of Perpetual Adoration is the perfect way to show that you care. It's a prayer for God's blessings and grace on a happy occasion - a baptism, birthday, graduation, or wedding. It's a token of love and care for someone in need of healing and an expression of sympathy for those who mourn.
The Association of Perpetual Adoration, established in 1877, is a sacred affiliation that unites individuals with the daily prayers and ministry of our sisters. Rooted in the Christian belief in our unity in Christ and the power of prayer, the Association reflects Scripture's call to "pray always and not lose heart" (Luke 18:1) and to "let your requests be made known to God" (Phil. 4:6).
Members of the Association are remembered daily in the Eucharistic celebration, the communal Liturgy of the Hours, and in the sisters' adoration of the Blessed Sacrament each day. Enrollment is simple - just provide the name of the person to be included in the membership record. Upon request, an enrollment card is provided, and a free-will donation may be made in honor or memory of the person being enrolled.
