Good deal for a gaming laptop for moderate gaming. GPU is roughly equivalent to 3060 desktop version. 5050 gaming performance should be between 2060 and 4060.

I would be cautious on this model. There have been a lot of discussion on the Acer Nitro V 16S can't hold a charge when gaming. The charging brick (135w) is too small and others have said that even with a more powerful charger from other Acer models the unit will still not do pass through charging and will drain the battery while plugged in and heavy gaming. Technically, this sale is for the Acer Nitro V 16 AI. But other have posted in Reddit that this model is affected as well. I don't own it so I can't be certain, but it's worth pointing out. I would go with the Lenovo LOQ that is available from Best Buy as an open-box unit. I don't have an issue with Acer gaming laptops. I own and have owned several Acers, but I would skip this one.
