I bought a refurb Acer Nitro 60 from them in mid-December. They took more than a week to ship it via Fedex Ground. The box arrived beaten up and inside was barely any packing supplies. The CPU cooler had broken off the CPU and slammed into the 5070, breaking both.
Acer wouldn't exchange it, they expected me to re-buy it at an almost 25% premium and just eat the difference.
I shipped the computer back and they've had it for more than a week without issuing a refund. I had to get eBay involved and am still waiting for my money back.
Buyer beware. The price may be good, but Acer has been a disaster on eBay. Very unhappy.
This is a lot of hardware for $1100.

This Acer Nitro 60 refurb packs Ryzen 9 7900 and RTX 5070 performance into a price that feels unusually strong for about $1100. The hardware is described as a lot of PC for the money, and the certified refurb warranty is appealing when it is listed as two years. Several deliveries matched the listed specs, arrived quickly, and came well packaged, with clean wiring, solid cooling, and quiet operation. The main concern is Acer refurb shipping and support, with reports of crushed boxes, broken parts, and refund hassles, plus some confusion over whether the warranty is 90 days or two years. A tempting value if the refurb process works out.
PC gamers who want a high-end GPU/CPU combo around the ~$1100 range because the Ryzen 9 7900 + RTX 5070 class hardware was described as "a lot of hardware for $1100."
eBay buyers who are comfortable taking a chance on a refurbished Acer Nitro 60 because even though the listing may not clearly show it's refurbished, one commenter still found it "tempting."
people who prefer a longer warranty on like-new certified refurb because one buyer said they'd take a like-new certified refurbished unit with a 2-year warranty over new with a 1-year warranty.
buyers who are okay doing light setup/cleanup after delivery because one commenter reported the PCs arrived looking new and advised deleting the default local admin account after signing in.
buyers who need reliable packaging and fast, hassle-free support because one customer reported a beaten-up box with barely any packing, a CPU cooler breaking off and damaging the CPU/RTX 5070, and Acer refusing an exchange while delaying the refund.
buyers who are sensitive to shipping damage risk because another commenter said a similar Acer refurb experience involved barely any packaging and a cracked front glass panel while they were currently dealing with Acer.
buyers who want to avoid uncertainty about warranty length because a commenter said warranty duration was unclear (search suggested 90 days while the eBay listing said 2 years).
buyers who rely on coupon/eCoupon codes at checkout because one commenter reported the eCoupon code couldn't be applied to their order.
buyers who don't want to deal with preinstalled software because one commenter said the PC had "a lot of bloatware" and they weren't sure what's needed vs not.

My loss for not checking SD earlier today.
This time last year with the GPU shortages and new tariffs coming, I came to terms with the fact I wasn't going to be able to build a new computer at a decent price point so I bit the bullet and bought a gaming laptop.
