It's not a price mistake, the price ends in .97 meaning it's on clearance. however, in the cart it appears to be $29.97

Got a pickup order at the price. Might need your store to have them in stock.

I got one already at the $30 price. My unit has a slight issue. The lid by default is connected to the basket, so when you lift the lid it lifts the basket and all the contents of the warmer up. There is a release latch to disconnect the lid from the basket, so you can just remove the lid without lifting everything up. However, the lid sometimes disconnects on its own, kind of annoying.

I'm going to return my current. Hopefully the new one will behave better.

Got this same one once they first hit stores at 50

My quick review on it, along with some tips I've found made it more enjoyable:

Heating a towel takes a while, if you can plan ahead and throw one in about 15-20 before taking a shower, it will be much useful.

The towels seem to cool pretty much instantly, at least the ones I've tried. That first 10 seconds is awesome but by 20 seconds it's like it was never warmed to begin with. Has anyone found types of towels that hold the warmth any longer?

I found the design with the pole inside to not be great for me and made it harder to use. Unscrew the pole connecting to the bottom and just use the lid like a resting one, makes it much easier to fill and take stuff out.

Works great for not just towels, but also clothes you're about to put on

Agree have this and another name brand.

Both do the same. Heating towel or cloths can be nice coming out of the shower or going to bed.

The only thing is it keeps your towel, or cloths warm for 10 to 20 seconds after taking out or putting on right away. Feels good just wish it was warmer to last a minute or more.

So it's nice but can get the same or better if put in the dryer 😂

Not sure if anyone else experienced my issue, but had to go incognito in browser in order to see the new 10 dollars price instead of 30 on the app while logged in. Hope this helps

I've found a small personal heater (especially the infrared dish one from Costco, so it reaches across the bathroom) works way better and uses less power overall.
Set a timer on a smart plug so the heater kicks on right as you get out of the shower and keeps you warm for the handful of minutes it takes to get dressed. Way better than a warm towel for 30 seconds.
