Have a white one of these, nice material / surface finish on these. I however can't seem to keep these clean no matter what brand. Anyone know how to clean them to make look new again?

Gentle hand soap and light rubbing usually does the job. Pat dry with paper towel and then air dry on a flat clothes drying rack.
