I had a set of Ninja NeverStick pan, they all failed to me. The none stick layer started bubble up after a couple of months of use. They claim they have lifetime warranty, but you have to pay more than $20 shipping for each replacement.

Paying for shipping for a warranty is pretty common, especially for heavier items. You didn't say they did not replace it, so therefore you insinuating they don't have a lifetime warranty is itself a bad claim.

I got my Le Creuset replacement without paying shipping. If there are any lifetime warranty standard, Le Creuset should be the one in the industry.

Guess why it's many, many, many times more expensive. You heavily paid for that replacement shipping cost the second you bought it.
Yes, that's my point. I just want to remind other people here that there are some false claims regarding Ninja products based my own experience. You pay what you get. Sorry if I ruined your "deal".

They ask "Are you okay with paying for shipping" if you say I don't really want to, they'll cover it or at least "as a one time courtesy"

You didn't ruin any deal. So what was the false claim? Because it's not the warranty.
