Don't see a new deal here. I have been tracking prices, and they have had the same prices for many months, at least from LAX.

Yep. Even the "Black Friday" sale was a big nothingburger. $259 each way from LAX is the norm. They only thing is that they rotate days for the departure and return flights when it comes to the price.

I need a deal to Japan, we did a one day lay over in January 1 and had a blast that day. I need more time to see more than just Tokyo!!!

living in the Bay Area, it's pretty tempting to double up on a SFO-HNL for one week then take the HNL-NRT for another 7-10 days. there aren't many but there is a few round trips for $400.00 (HNL-NRT) available in March, April and May available.
I did this a decade ago (Maui) with no issues, it was a great 1,2 vacation.
