Does anyone actually have this? Is it good enough for beginners & lighter weight training? $13 is almost too cheap to believe, do they even make money selling these?

I have it. Works fine. Haven't loaded over 250 but seems like it can easily handle more. The sleeves rotate as well.

I've put 425lbs on it for deadlifting and it seems fine. This is well made and can take 700lbs.
