I have it. Works fine. Haven't loaded over 250 but seems like it can easily handle more. The sleeves rotate as well.
Already have a CAP barbell i got for $100 way back. But tried checkout just for the hell of it.

I've put 425lbs on it for deadlifting and it seems fine. This is well made and can take 700lbs.
