Really good oven , just purchased and had my first cook on it. Bigger and better than i expected. Very well made , good materials. I just bought another one at this price,for a gift. I was skeptical, some bad reviews about it. If you bbq and are comfortable around fire, buy it. It makes 15 inch pizzas, and even cooked some ribeyes steaks in it. Wow, 1 minute sear on each side @ 800 degrees f. Follow directions,use charcoal,add your hardwood right before your cook. Allow stone to preheat 20-30 minutes, then your ready. The magic begins. If you don't know how to make high temp pizza dough, learn . Don't use oils or too much sugar in dough or it will burn . Just flour,yeast and water. ( a little sugar for yeast) . Thank me later.
