These Scotch 3 mil thermal laminating pouches are a cheap refill for standard document protection, and the pouches work cleanly with no bubbles or jams in a compatible laminator. The deal itself is getting through with a few checkout workarounds, including Subscribe and Save, switching pack sizes, or refreshing and changing addresses. There is also confusion around whether a laminating machine is required, since the listing says no machine needed while other details point to thermal use. Shipping to some addresses is failing outright, so availability may depend on the destination.
The checkout workaround can help the order go through when Subscribe & Save causes payment issues.
Switching pack size or toggling Subscribe & Save can enable purchasing when the 50-pack shows no S&S option.
The pouches can laminate documents without bubbles or jams when used with a laminator.
Changing delivery address selections and refreshing can make the order work when it initially fails.
Shipping can fail for some addresses even after trying multiple saved addresses.
The listing's "no machine needed" messaging can conflict with other details that suggest a laminating machine may be required.
Subscribe & Save availability for the 50-pack can be inconsistent, requiring switching to the 20-pack and back.
Subscribe & Save may need to be canceled after receipt to avoid an ongoing subscription.

No need for machine - here's what Rufus says: The Scotch Matte Thermal Laminating Pouches are self-sealing and require no machine or special tools—simply insert your document and seal them together:
Insert your document into the pouch with the paper lying flat between the two layers
Press and seal the edges together—the built-in adhesive activates to permanently laminate
Let it rest for a few seconds while the seal sets
Done! No heat, no equipment needed
