it is still an offer. as the normal price $30. and the other one is $9 when you apply it even without the code, so it is a double deal, basically it is for helping others to get a good deal no more ,thanks for the note
With Baseus, they had very similar "Buy one item get another item free" promotion on Amazon. The one I remember was earbuds (~$24 with like $30 msrp) + right-angle USB cord (free but ~$18 MSRP). So about $24 for both with promotion, and $48 MSRP. I kept both items in my cart and watched the prices each day as the promotion expired. Once it was over, the earbuds were priced at $20 and the USB cord was priced at $10, so about $30 total to buy after the $24 promotion.
It was still a deal, but those regular/MSRP prices are a joke.

I agree. this is one good marketing skills. However, to be honest, I've been using their cable for almost three years without any issues. I even replaced my MacBook cable with it and have had no complaints. I believe this brand, along with Anker and UGREEN, is rising to the top in terms of both price and reliability.

I had a 2-pack of Lisen USB mini car chargers that I finally landed on because it was cheap and had 2 for less than the price of 1 of the more expensive ones I had bought from Rocketfish (best buy)/etc, which all failed after like 3-4 months each. So I thought I would just go with cheap/quantity instead since I couldn't find good quality and accepted having to continually replace them. It's been almost a year and a half now and I'm still on the first one out of the 2-pack. It's charges fast enough, is low profile, has been rock solid, and I even have a backup, all for like $9.
I tried reaching out to them via email to see about reviewing some of their products, but have been unsuccessful 🙁
