Jackery's 1000 v2 bundle stands out as a lightweight portable power station kit with two 100W solar panels, and the $600 price is described as an all time low for this configuration. It is framed as a strong value versus Costco and other comparable bundles, especially since the v2 is lighter than the expandable 1000 Plus. Real world use includes running a refrigerator for about 8 to 10 hours, powering a laptop on the road, and handling a coffee maker or electric skillet one at a time. The main tradeoff is portability versus panel size, since the 2 by 100W setup is questioned against similar priced 200W panel kits. A practical pick when weight and bundled solar matter most.
The bundled 2x100W solar panel kit has been priced around $650 for months and reportedly hit an all-time low near $600.
The power station can run a Samsung French door refrigerator for about 8-10 hours when doors are not opened often.
The unit supports practical road-trip use by powering a laptop for remote work without needing to find a wall outlet.
The v2 configuration is reportedly lighter than the Costco 1000 Plus while still including two 100W solar panels.
The unit cannot run a coffee maker and an electric skillet at the same time.
The 2x100W bundle may be less compelling if a 200W panel combo is available at the same price.
Compared with a Bluetti setup, the Jackery may offer less aftermarket solar flexibility because Bluetti uses XT60 with an MC4-to-XT60 adapter.
The Jackery's solar panel size may be similar to a Renogy 220W folding panel, which can limit portability depending on storage space.

Bluetti has higher running watts, higher peak watts, has XT60 connector and an MC4-to-XT60 adapter so better support for aftermarket solar panels, reports of their inverters being higher efficiency than other brands, etc. Seems the only thing the Jackery has over it is the battery rating, slightly higher Wh.
There is also a video on YT showing how to easily add a port to the Bluetti to plug in additional battery(ies) for more capacity.
Also, is there anything to what the other guy was saying about the 200w panels?
I'll be doing my own research, so you don't NEED to supply this, but I find your approach jives with my sensibilities.
