The Insta360 Link C2 is better.. It is a 4K camera though. I have been testing about 10+ different webcams including the insta360 link 2C, and the Anker PowerConf C200 2K.
I went down a rabbit hole and started tinkering and testing a bunch of cameras.
The best ones for image quality (running in their highest resolution) are in this order in my opinion from doing a bunch of low/mid/full light environments:
Insta360 Link C2 4K
OBSBot Tiny 2 Lite 4K (PTZ is really nice)
Anker PowerCOnf C200 2K (Punches above its weight class)
Also tested the following:
EMEET S600 4K $60 (Trash)
GUSGU G910 2K $40 (Meh)
UGREEN Full HD 1080P $20 (Meh)
Lenovo HD 1080P $20 (This one was pretty decent for the price, although build quality is poor - feels cheap)
NexiGo HelloCam 1080P $56 (Meh)
Creative Live! Cam Sync V3 2K $45 (Meh)
OBSBOT Tiny 2 Lite 4K $140 (Great)
NexiGo N950P (Gen2) 4K $87 (Okay)
Insta360 Link C2 4K $149 (Great)
Anker PowerConf C200 2K $60 (Good)
Still testing
Lenovo QHD Webcam 2K $90

Looked up some videos, this is a little closer to a Logitech cam (though it definitely does look better than the logi's) The insta (I was looking at the 2c) is way better looking but idk if that really matters for most people considering it's 4x the price

I personally would have a hard time throwing over $100 at a cam though when you can feasibly get a decent mirrorless in the 2-300 range and it will hold its value way longer than a webcam ever could. I'll probably set up deal alerts and keep an eye out for the 2C and obsbot on sale.
With all that said, If you just need a webcam and won't be doing all the switching back and forth between PCs and software, I think this is an amazing camera and definitely a grab at that price!
