I have some 60V Green Machine 4Ah batteries from a sale a couple years ago... they already have USB built in and one provides 240Wh (significantly more than this).
Just an alternative...

This compact LiFePO4 power station stands out for portable phone charging, quick top ups, and backup use during outages or camping. The 100W USB C output, 12V 5A port, top lamp, slide out phone tray, and included hand strap make it feel thoughtfully laid out, and it can even trickle charge from a solar panel. The main drawbacks are slow recharge from USB C, a reported dead USB port on arrival, and a hinge that would not stay in place with a rattling sound inside. A handy small power source if you want light, phone charging, and car or solar flexibility.
The slide-out phone tray and top lamp make it practical for phone charging and outage lighting.
The unit can charge multiple devices from a car without running the engine.
The included tool-battery-style adapters provide 100W USB-C output for higher-power USB-C charging needs.
The power station can support solar charging through the included barrel plug with very low trickle input.
The USB-C charging speed can feel slow even when using a good USB-C PD power brick.
The USB port can fail after purchase, leading to a same-day return.
The light hinge may not stay in place and the unit can produce rattling sounds inside.
Power-quality concerns may be overstated for USB charging, but using non-compliant USB-C or voltage converters can still risk device damage.

So far it's worked nicely. I work out of my car and use it to charge my various things throughout the day, and it charges from my car as needed. For me, it's a way to expand the charging capabilities of my car and provides charging without having to run my car (it's a 2009)

Going that route is "dirty" power. Most sensitive electronics don't like it and it can ruin devices prematurely. FYI.
I have not come across one yet, but always good to be careful, especially with USB-A QC implementations.
As for "dirty power", perhaps you are thinking of imperfect sine waves? There's no inverter involved...

Which one do you use that provides "equivalent output"?
