I've recently been seeing that same message appear randomly on items for which it clearly doesn't apply to (e.g., a Blu-Ray movie sold by Amazon). I don't know what's going on, but in at least one case I was able to ignore the message, add it to my cart, and have it sent to me despite that message appearing on the item's main page.
