Unless you are enamored by the color or need it for an actual Xbox console (this supports Xbox wirelessly), I'd opt for the Ultimate 2 instead. Key benefits over this:

1. TMR sticks versus Hall Effect. Higher resolution, lower power consumption.
2. Clicky LB/RB buttons versus membrane. Membrane shoulder buttons are what you would find on PlayStation controllers.
3. Click d-pad versus membrane. Ultimate 2 clicky d-pad feels much better than the Xbox d-pad too.
4. Additional L4/R4 buttons. Both controllers have rear paddles, but the Ultimate 2 has extra shoulder buttons too.
5. Minor point, but the Ultimate 2 has a color matched dock.

I have the Ultimate 2 and it works great on PC.
