I got one at 850 and I decided to return it today. It's just not that much better than the 400$ Dreame/Mova vacs to justify the expense. Personally, I was really disappointed in its obstacle avoidance (got stuck on things that I don't think it should have), mopping streaks on dark LVP, and odd stuff like accidentally detaching it's mops while cleaning.

Are you referring to the Dreame L40 Ultra and the Mova P10 Pro Ultra?

I personally also have the L40 Ultra, but a friend has the Mova and his experience has been the same as mine.

How do you like the L40 Ultra? That is actually the model I've been eyeing. They a refurbished one on ebay for $280. Just wondering if I should pull the trigger or wait for a deal on a new one.

My L40s Ultra side brush is non-functional, not even after a month, so I am moving on from Dreame for now. Maybe I got a dud.
