man, really stinks how prices have gone up. We were getting close to about $60 per TB for decent/good NVME drives, now back up to $100/TB

I bought samsung 2TB drives for $99 in 2023 :'(

My thoughts exactly. Wish I bought more drives during black friday. Lets hope things get better later this year. I refuse to entertain these ridiculous prices.

Meh, this is the older version, with the 850x being newer and a little better. In these times it's not so much a deal, but something in stock is good I guess. The heatsink adds negligible value as there are better aftermarket passive and active alternatives.
