Vitamix's website is matching the price (200 discount at checkout) and has the 7 year direct warranty.
It is also 10x today on certain portals.
I recommend buying direct in this case.

Amazon listing also says 7 year vitamix warranty. Whats the difference?

Vitamix CSR assured me that they will honor the 5 year warranty on the Woot Venturist, deal in November. They offered the extended warranty and offered to register it. The person I gifted it to said that they gave her $100 off the 48 oz wet container and waived the sh. Nice folks,
Best deal I've seen in quite a while at $175 w f/s. Could return. Looks brand new. Quiet, solidly built and runs smoothly. These are likely Costco returns. No evidence of it being used or being a refurb.

Buy direct from Vitamix whenever you can. They show their appreciation.

Should you buy a 5200 in 2026?
All of the accolades and the glowing but ancient chef reviews on the 5200 cite the tall profile container not the motor base.
Pros: works with all the rubber-top containers including the 32 oz which is super useful but does not work with "self-detect" models.
Cons: The 5200 motor base is bulky noisy clunky and has slightly less power. Vitamix decided that the 5200 was obsolete 13 years ago which led to a complete revamp of the motor base with the release of the 7500. This is why the 7500 has a much higher resale value today. It's the most durable and reliable of all the manual machines made for home use. Propel is the cost-reduced replacement.
It's worth considering the ease of cleaning handling and storing the 32 and 48 oz containers which are ideal for 1-2 servings of smoothie, puree, sorbet and frozen deserts. You're going to want one of those two raising the final cost of the 5200 to $450.
