Shows up for me as $11.69 and not $11.99. There's a 30% off coupon on page. Even if I don't select that coupon, coupon code TVFZIOX2 takes off the same 30% bringing it down to $8.83 with tax / $8.18 without the tax.

TVFZIOX2 still takes off $5.26 for me. If you're using the Amazon app sometimes people miss the step of clicking the arrow to apply the code.

I received a box with no microphones or USB receiver in it, which was a nice surprise from Amazon. Clearly someone returned it with only the USB cable in it and it was resold without any checks.
