Unless it's a regional deal, for sock size 6-12 only 6-pack is available for the OP price. Size 12-14 both 6- and 12-pack came up for $8.15 for me.

Unfortunately, and getter harder and harder to locate 100% Cotton - when highly allergic to polyester…

I found these Hanes cushioned socks to be disappointing. The cushioning is mediocre (even the max cushioned version) and durability is poor. After just a few machine washings, the socks show a lot of wear and tear, which makes them even less comfortable. I think the Dickies cushioned work socks (especially their max cushion socks) that regularly show up on Slickdeals are much better for about the same price.
