Love the nod to gn, but there shouldn't be much concern about rma for these cases. They're pretty solid afaik.

As someone who's glass side shattered when I took the older 4000D case out of the box, I can anecdotally say they treat their customers extremely well. Well enough that they've been my go to for PSU, memory, and cases for my last 10 builds (family and friends) and have had 0 issues with any of their products.

Not anymore recently, they've been vultures and preying on their customers, canceling orders just to raise prices even further. Many complaints shared on the subreddit.

They've been good to me historically. When I got the original 4000d, the initial batch had an issue with the front mesh. They replaced it with little hassle.
