Is this what it'd take to get SSDs at decent prices now? Bundle them with one of the worst GPUs ever?

With the SSD at least it's a decent value. Close to 4060 performance on the current platform. Good for a budget 1080p build.

What do people think of getting this and setting it up as an egpu for a cheap laptop? I bought an Acer laptop in December that was refurb but it doesn't have a dedicated GPU. I figure this could help. I don't need or care to play beyond 1080p.

NVIDIA game pass at $10mo may work better or at least something to consider

I wonder what the marketing idea at Nvidia for this card was "How can we make it slower than a base 4060 but also somehow make it use more power?"
