Every mini-pc deal now be reading like an onion article...deals now rated based on bouillon value EEK!

This actually isnt bad if you dont need the extra two cores...usually the case for gaming rigs.

Maybe I ask too much but does this mini PC runs current gen games on medium or lower settings ? And if so what games have you played with this mini PC?

Also wondering this. Can I run fortnite or some newer titles once in a while to play with my kids? Not looking for 60fps 4k. Just 1080p 30fps playable.

This chip has Ryzen 760M graphics built in, which isn't very strong and not great for gaming.

According to the following calculation you're not going to get great performance out of it when playing fortnite: https://share.google/zlnIMjlEdENu7h59O

Fortnite doesn't demand too much in the way of hardware, but even fortnite needs a bit more than the mobile integrated graphics that come with this PC. At the very least you'll want the integrated graphics that comes with desktop CPUs, and even an older GPU would be a big step up.

A word of caution: deep scan your config out the box for spyware/virus. I bought one of their H77 minis back in 2023 and it contained one (and others reported the same). Removed the spyware, kept the H77, and it still runs great.
The USB 4 is great, as I hang a TB-3 RTX 3090 egpu off of it for tons local LLM inferencing via Ollama-WebUI-Docker.
One last thing: after about 1.5 years of daily, the H77's wifi-BT module failed, and had to use a wifi ethernet USB and BT 4 USB I had lying around. Was using a 4x USB 3 dongle anyway, so losing/using a couple of dongle ports wasn't a big deal.

You can run Fortnige fine at reasonable resolution/fps. Consider the graphics card compatible to a gtx 1650.
