According to reviews, there is a button to cycle through RGB modes and the lights can be turned off completely if they aren't wanted.

I have the older version of this from 2019 and it's been really solid. I noticed that they upgraded the quality of the overall finish, slightly nicer on/off button, and increased the wattage of the USB ports. Not to mention it costs 1/3rd of the price of the older version back in 2019. That is actually a really great deal, I'm definitely grabbing one
