I have an older version regular lock. I have an issue where I can't generate custom lock codes. I'm in the US but support may be overseas so they are hard to reach. I never was able to get my issue resolved. The lock still works, just not right. In the end I got what I paid for. 😏

I know the ones like this that I've seen on Amazon that have video and actual customer input have so far had negative feedback as far as the video feature is concerned. Of course it's hard to tell but from my experience with surveillance cameras made in China, all of the cameras with equivalent features are produced by 2-3 manufacturers and then distributed where they've got another 30+ brand names put on them. The same goes with their software and apps and every single camera or dvr I've purchased that was made there has a backdoor access built into it. It's so bad that our home surveillance cameras had to be removed from web access. Obviously web access is convenient but not at the expense of network security. We had some of the light bulb cameras that seemed safe, but I think the automatic updates on them would leave an open password exposed on them and my router would pick it up. I'd make a service request and they'd take care of it and my router would be good with it for a bit and then it would reoccur with a difft camera.

This is a terrible product. The batteries last for just 2 days. Customer care is non-existent. Also you spend a couple of hours putting this in and then realize that the batteries do not last. I have this same exact product and it is junk.
