I personally do not like these keyboards cases. I always look for a foam / drop proof case and if I don't find one my tablet never makes it to it's first B-day... so the importance of a foam case to me is extreme.
I personally prefer this to a Samsung. But the S9, S11 11" models are OLED and the S9+ and S10+ are also OLED 12.4". That is the one thing that sways me to a Samsung.
Two tablets that I like alot.
1. ZTE RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet (I have this tablet). This is a 9.06" super high end Android Gaming tablet (you do not have to game). It does have a OLED screen that gets pretty bright, 1600nits. I purchased this tablet in the pre release sale... WWW.redmagic.co
2. Honor Magicpad 12.3" OLED screen. I have not done enough research on where to buy this tablet. It has similar specs to the Lenovo but it has a OLED that does 1600nits. I am just unsure where to buy... like I think you need to order it from China and side load the google app store and google services may not work properly. I think you can download the JD.com app and use Wechat to convert it to english and you may be able to find it for about $350ish... besides that, it seems too expensive.
Before you buy a tablet, the first thing is to figure out what size you want. Do you want to use it in bed? You then decide if you want high end or low end... price difference is like 150ish to 600ish. Good luck.

Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus stands out as a fast Android tablet with strong keyboard support, excellent pen performance, and very capable gaming and emulation thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 16GB of RAM. The 12.7 inch IPS screen is repeatedly described as bright, vivid, and close to OLED quality, and external monitor support is unusually flexible. The main drawbacks are the lack of OLED, no microSD slot, and a keyboard case that does not fully protect the back and edges. It feels best suited to buyers who want a powerful tablet and keyboard setup without expecting premium display extras.
people who want a reliable Android tablet/laptop replacement and don't specifically need an OLED display because one commenter bought it via a rewards portal and said it's "pretty fast and capable" and they "don't need the super OLED display."
Android users who care about keyboard + multi-monitor productivity because a commenter said Lenovo "offers the absolute best keyboard and multi-monitor support available on an Android tablet," including fine-grained resolution/refresh-rate selection (like 5120x1440p at 100Hz).
buyers who plan to use it mainly for gaming/emulation and can live without expandable storage because one commenter reported "gaming and emulation were exceptional" and still called out the lack of an SD slot as the main drawback.
owners who rely on microSD expansion because commenters repeatedly flagged "no expandable storage" / "no sd card slot" as the biggest con.
people who want OLED screen features (like DC dimming and no PWM at low brightness) because multiple commenters said the biggest issue is that it isn't OLED and that they "voted with my wallet" for an OLED tablet instead.
people who want a tablet case that protects the back/edges because one commenter said the keyboard case "didn't really cover the glass on the back or edges," and they wouldn't keep it for that reason.
buyers who want a big-screen Android tablet to replace a laptop in a Windows/chrome-style workflow because one commenter said it's "frankly too big for the limited Android OS" and that 13" "makes more sense for a windows or chrome environment."

The hardware is pretty nice and the pen works well. It's frankly too big for the limited Android OS. 13" makes more sense for a windows or chrome environment. The keyboard is decent, but the case didn't really cover the glass on the back or edges. It just didn't make sense for me as someone who owns both a phone and a laptop to have a tablet this big.

100% Agreed on the OLED screen.
It should be OLED, 120Hz, DC dimming and no PWM BS past 25% brightness.
I don't take products seriously if they don't take the screen seriously, I voted with my wallet and got me an OLED tablet... I wanted this model with OLED screen but it never happened.

The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3" is a premium Android tablet known for its exceptional 12.3-inch 3K OLED display. It features a high 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1600 nits, making it a strong competitor to flagship tablets like the iPad Pro in terms of visual quality.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which provides smooth performance for multitasking and gaming. The tablet is incredibly thin at just 5.8mm and houses a massive 10,050mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. It also features an impressive eight-speaker system with Spatial Audio and IMAX Enhanced certification for a cinematic experience.
But there are two versions... one that comes with the play store by the manufacturer (global)... or one that you need to side load the play store on, AKA the Chinese Version.
