I personally do not like these keyboards cases. I always look for a foam / drop proof case and if I don't find one my tablet never makes it to it's first B-day... so the importance of a foam case to me is extreme.
I personally prefer this to a Samsung. But the S9, S11 11" models are OLED and the S9+ and S10+ are also OLED 12.4". That is the one thing that sways me to a Samsung.
Two tablets that I like alot.
1. ZTE RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet (I have this tablet). This is a 9.06" super high end Android Gaming tablet (you do not have to game). It does have a OLED screen that gets pretty bright, 1600nits. I purchased this tablet in the pre release sale... WWW.redmagic.co
2. Honor Magicpad 12.3" OLED screen. I have not done enough research on where to buy this tablet. It has similar specs to the Lenovo but it has a OLED that does 1600nits. I am just unsure where to buy... like I think you need to order it from China and side load the google app store and google services may not work properly. I think you can download the JD.com app and use Wechat to convert it to english and you may be able to find it for about $350ish... besides that, it seems too expensive.
Before you buy a tablet, the first thing is to figure out what size you want. Do you want to use it in bed? You then decide if you want high end or low end... price difference is like 150ish to 600ish. Good luck.
Community Reviews
Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus stands out as a fast Android tablet with strong keyboard support, excellent pen performance, and very capable gaming and emulation thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 16GB of RAM. The 12.7 inch IPS screen is repeatedly described as bright, vivid, and close to OLED quality, and external monitor support is unusually flexible. The main drawbacks are the lack of OLED, no microSD slot, and a keyboard case that does not fully protect the back and edges. It feels best suited to buyers who want a powerful tablet and keyboard setup without expecting premium display extras.
Common Questions (5)
No, the display is IPS rather than OLED. It is still described as very bright, vivid, and close to OLED-like in quality, but the lack of OLED is the main tradeoff for shoppers who care about deeper blacks and contrast.
No expandable storage is included, so there is no microSD slot. That makes the built-in storage the only storage option, which matters if you plan to keep lots of games, media, or offline files on the tablet.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 16GB RAM make it very capable for gaming and emulation, including Switch and older PC games. It also has unusually strong Android keyboard and external-monitor support, with selectable output resolution and refresh rate for desktop-style use.
It can work well as a reliable tablet/laptop replacement because the hardware is fast and the keyboard support is strong. The main limitation is Android itself on a 13-inch screen, which can feel restrictive compared with Windows or ChromeOS.
Yes, the bundle includes both the keyboard and the pen. One sealed unit arrived with both accessories in the box, and another buyer confirmed the same after delivery.
