I borrowed one recently to clean grout joints in the bathroom and it did such an amazing job that I decided to get one for ourselves

Bought one of these over xmas break. First steam cleaner I ordered was some off brand $80 thing that broke the first week I used it. This one is supposed to be more durable and it works really well

Never heard of this brand before. I would stick with known brands like the McCulloch MC1385 or MC1275 or Wagner 925e. I saw a review and someone said the wagner is better than the mcculloch. But either one would be fine

I was having coupon at the time I was ordering it but now it doesn't show - I thought that this is because I've ordered the item

I've used Wagner and it was OK - the tank was rather small. Dupray Neat has larger tank(54oz VS 40oz). There is also Dupray Neat Plus - which is exactly same features but water can be added continuously and its startup time is much faster (there is tiny boiler and a pump that continiously adds water there keeping it pressurized). I'd prefer Plus but it wasn't on sale.
From my research it seemed like reputable brand - they have semi-commercial Dupray Tosca which is much more expensive and it seems that many people are using it for auto-detailing.

Dupray's Neat Steam cleaner is by far the most recommended and well known steam cleaner in any cleaning community and while preferences are certainly allowed, calling it a unknown brand for steam cleaners is absurd.

You'll notice that it has lowercase letters in the name. I'd try to stay away from DERPRY for anything relating to electricity and pressurized hot water.

Lowes sells this brand in store https://www.lowes.com/pd/Dupray-U...5014610373 (this is the 17-piece accessory model for $179)
Clean That Up recently did a sponsored review of this unit as well https://youtu.be/n9s9iRsYx7E

WaveDupray isn't as old as those companies (I don't think) but they've been around about a dozen or so years, so they aren't fly by night or even brand new. I wouldn't equate them with the generic brands out there that seem to be just trying to make a quick buck, and don't seem to be trying to build a brand with quality products. They seem on the up and up to me. I've read they're a Canadian company. The reviews seem to be pretty much equivalent to some of these other steamers. This seems to be a decent deal although I wouldn't purchase it because I don't use microfiber. Ciao!

Why don't you use microfiber and what do you use instead?
