It's big, but that's a very low end tv. It's a much better deal to either spend more for a similar size Q series or get a smaller, similarly priced Q series.
The 98QM6k Pro is on sale at Costco for this price in store, plus you get a 5 year warranty for free. This one is a hunk of junk compared to the QM6K Pro. Or, spend $500 more, and go for the QM7K on sale for $2000 right now, for the best bang for you buck TV on the market.

For a few dollars more get the 7k, light years ahead of this one & on sale now for $1,799 with chase card.
Got 7k in the early October deal for $1,799 using the Amazon Chase card where they give 10% back (cash back came fast & used it as a statement credit)
This is the best TV I've owned and well worth the hassle to get it in my basement (had to remove upper side of a split staircase).
The picture is great & with the enormous number of dimming zones it is as close to OLED that you can get.
Don't know about the Hisense but in my research this TV blew away all others at this price point.
My advice, get a chase card and pounce before the deal is gone (I missed the first deal in the summer by an hour & had to wait till October)
