The text message offer can't be combined with the edu offer any more, at least in my case. The first time app purchase discount also did not show.

You can get the 10% code, and the code works for other products. But for this deal, it won't let you combine the code with the edu savings. The app purchase discount also cannot be combined. They must have fixed it after they realized people were combining different discounts.
