These Bose QuietComfort refurbs are mainly praised for strong noise cancelling, light comfort, and a more balanced sound than older Bose models. The physical buttons, deep ear cups, and app EQ add to the appeal for music, podcasts, desk use, and long flights. The main cautions are that the ANC is not as strong as the Ultra version or some Sony rivals, and the model can be confused with the Ultra. There are also concerns about missing accessories and whether the advertised Bose warranty is actually honored through Woot, making this a solid midrange ANC option with some buyer diligence needed.
