Anybody knows how Samsonite handles warranty claim? Do i need to mail it first back to them?
I have been only buying from Costco and Sam's Club in the past. But laltely their available models are not to my liking.

I read a review on the samsonite stride 2 that there is no warranty support if purchased through Amazon. YMMV.

Google says that most major airlines allow your checked bag to be up to 62 linear inches. Why is the big bag here listed as 63"? Why would they make a bag that you can't use without paying a bunch more fees?
