I'd expect nothing less; good customer service seems to be a Western phenomenon. How many of these mini-PC sellers have good CS?

Specs listed here says it comes with Win 11 Pro, but on the seller site I see no mention of an OS and don't see the specs listed the same way. This is the only thing keeping me from pulling the plug at the moment. OP, did you get specs from their site?

2x16gb DDR5 and a 1TB NVME, even if the rest of the machine doesn't work you have your money in hardware

Its actually worse. Tried resolving machines issue and they didn't refund me when stated they would. I went past return policy on Amazon and Amazon wouldn't do anything about the bad seller.

I have to agree. Those two components themselves are worth at least $380.

I have two of these units and the only issue I've ran into is having to uninstall and reinstall the WiFi drivers fresh as they did not work properly out of the box. Other than that, been good for everyday use and very light gaming.

The way these mini PCs work, is if there are barebones they do not come with an OS. If they come with ram/SSD, they come with Windows.

I always get the protection plan on these from Amazon as I expect zero support or help if you have any issues with them.

Yea now I know....But if anything goes bad. Return it within the return policy.

I hadn't had any issues with my past tech buys with the known brand ones. They've pretty much all lasted and held up and became recycling

I highly doubt that. Maybe barebones. But these with ram/ssd where in the $400s a few months ago.
