Same set I believe, just no case. You can get these cheaper regularly with coupons. I have the red version in my toolbox right now, well worth it.

I'd trust HF over Lowe's in terms of lifetime warranty. Chances are Lowes changes skew two years down the line and tells you tough luck on warranty.
Too bad they don't just make tools out of decent steel anymore ☹️
