Based on speed... THIS SAMSUNG is faster. It is considered "one" generation faster about 30% faster.
The MT8775 is almost as fast as the SnapDragon 6 Gen 1, while the Sd 6 Gen 1 has a better GPU, the CPU's are pretty equal in speed. To put things in prespective, I purchased my Alldocube Iplay 60 Mini Turbo well over a year ago, it has the SnapDragon 6 Gen 1 CPU and I got it for $140ish before the Trump tariffs.
This tablet still has the TFT screen (big let down) and only has 6GB of RAM. Starting with Android 16 in 2026, Google has effectively established 6GB of RAM as the new minimum requirement for devices to run the "full" Android experience with Google Mobile Services (GMS).
Really, people should have 8GB of RAM if you want to keep this tablet for years to come.
The Galaxy Tab A11 Plus stands out as a fast budget 11 inch Android tablet with Samsung One UI, which adds productivity features beyond stock Android and comes with six years of updates. The 128GB storage and 6GB RAM configuration is described as snappy enough for normal tasks, streaming, and everyday use, and the tablet feels faster than the older A9 Plus. The $20 Walmart Cash also applied without Walmart Plus. Main concerns are the TFT display, the modest 6GB memory for long term use, and heavy Samsung bloatware and AppCloud privacy worries. A stronger 8GB version is also mentioned for longer ownership.
people who want a cheap 11-inch tablet for Netflix/YouTube streaming because commenters said the CPU is "trash" for heavy use but it's still "ok" for basic streaming.
buyers upgrading from an older Galaxy Tab A9+ case/size because one commenter said the A11+ feels faster than their A9+ and that the A9+ case fits the A11+ (same size).
people who care about long software support at a low price because commenters highlighted Samsung's tablet One UI productivity and said the "six years of updates" promise is unusual at this price level.
buyers who mainly use the tablet for normal tasks and don't expect high-end performance because one commenter said their Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 tablet with 8GB RAM feels speedy for normal tasks, and this deal is positioned as a step up from very low-spec tablets.
privacy- or security-focused shoppers who don't want pre-installed ad/recommendation software because multiple commenters warned about AppCloud/ironSource being deeply embedded, hard to remove, and described it as spyware/malware or a privacy risk.
people who want the best display for movies with deep blacks because commenters said this model uses cheaper TFT/LCD-style tech and contrasted it with OLED tablets (like Tab S4) where black levels and contrast are much better.
buyers who plan to keep the tablet for years and want more headroom because commenters criticized the 128GB/6GB configuration, saying it only has 6GB RAM and arguing 8GB is preferable for longevity.
buyers who are relying on Google Play system updates to stay current because commenters claimed Samsung may leave Google Play system services stuck on older versions, which they said can create security and app-compatibility issues.
people who want a tablet that's clearly better than competing budget Android options because one commenter specifically asked whether it's better than the Lenovo Idea Tab Plus around $200, implying buyers comparing alternatives may find the value/performance tradeoffs debatable.
It is reported to feel faster than the A9+, and one comparison puts the new CPU about 30% ahead of the older model. The A11+ also keeps the same physical size as the A9+, so older cases can fit.
If you plan to keep it for years, the 8GB version is the safer pick. The 6GB model is seen as the minimum for future Android support, while the 8GB version is recommended for better longevity and smoother multitasking.
It is considered fine for Netflix and YouTube, but not a strong choice for heavier apps or gaming. The screen is also described as TFT/PLS-class rather than OLED, so it is better suited to everyday media than premium display use.
Yes. The $20 Walmart Cash was available and applied on the order without Walmart+ required. That makes the effective deal better than the sticker price for shoppers who can use Walmart Cash.
Samsung's version of One UI for tablets really elevates the productivity levels above what one gets with vanilla Android. And six years of updates on a tablet at this price level is unheard of.

I already have A9+ from Jan 2024, and I was debating whether to get it. Finally, I ordered it last week. This A11+ seems to be faster. So far so good. The size of A9+ is the same as A11+. I am using a spare tablet case of A9+ on the A11+.
There is no fingerprint. They have face recognition.

For those who say... WOW WOW WOW... SIX YEARS OF UPDATES....
1. There really is not enough RAM to install future future OS's.
2. Last year, only Samsung devices were venerable to a zero click hack and it did not matter that Samsung was upto date or not. It was called LANDFALL.
3. appcloud, is on this device. THIRD PARTY SPYWARE... thank you Samsung.
4. Samsung's AI may be spying on you...but don't worry cause appcloud is also spying on you.
5. Right NOW, Samsung has stopped their phones from updating the google play store system update. This update was done by google due to risk vulnerabilities. A person with a older version of Android can get these updates (such as an Android 11 devise).
what vunerabilities are there not getting the google play stystem update
Google Play System updates (also known as Project Mainline updates) is risky because these modular patches fix critical vulnerabilities in core system components independently of your phone manufacturer's full firmware updates.
If your device is stuck on older versions from mid-to-late 2025, you are exposed to several significant vulnerabilities identified in late 2025 and early 2026:
1. Actively Exploited "Zero-Day" Flaws
The December 2025 update addressed 107 vulnerabilities, including two high-severity flaws (CVE-2025-48633 and CVE-2025-48572) that Google confirmed were already under "limited, targeted exploitation" in the wild.
Risk: Malicious apps could use these flaws to bypass security layers, access sensitive user data, or execute arbitrary code without your knowledge.
2. "No-Click" Remote Exploits
A critical vulnerability in the Dolby DD+ Unified Decoder was patched in January 2026.
Risk: Because audio attachments and voice messages are decoded automatically by the system, this flaw can be exploited to attack your device without any user interaction (no need to click a link or open a file).
3. Remote Denial of Service (DoS)
Several critical flaws in the Android Framework layer have been identified as of late 2025.
Risk: Attackers can remotely crash your device or prevent you from using it properly.
4. Component-Specific Vulnerabilities
Google Play system updates frequently patch core modules that standard security updates might miss:
Android Runtime (ART) & WebView: Vulnerabilities here can allow local escalation of privilege, letting apps gain control over your entire system.
Media Services: Historically a major risk, these services automatically process every file you download. Outdated media codecs are a primary target for "wormable" exploits that can spread between devices in crowded areas via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
I will continue with another post about the Samsung bullshit.

It has face recognition but no fingerprint sensor. That gives you a quick unlock option, but not biometric fingerprint login.
