As for qualifying items, only items priced $28 or more qualify for the $15 on $50 offer. Yes you can add a 3rd pack of brush heads if you choose to save 20% on all 3, but there's no real incremental Wags Cash that is credit with it. Only plus is using Wags cash against the 3rd item after all discounts (so perhaps $20?) you'd have to check your earnings at checkout to make sure you're earning $40.
