This outlet extender adds five outlets, four USB ports, and a night light, making it handy for charging stations and spots where extra plugs are needed. The light sensor and night light are especially useful at night, and the center screw helps keep it secure when the wall outlet supports that setup. The USB ports are not USB Power Delivery, so they are less suited to laptop charging than higher wattage models. AFCI breakers can trip when the charging ports are used, and the unit works best where the outlet is easy to reach and the circuit is not overloaded.

Power Delivery. I believe it allows charging of more demanding items (laptops and such), but I'm not knowledgeable on the subject.

One thing worth mentioning these ones caused my AFCI breaker to trip when i try to use the charging ports. If you have AFCI it's annoying. I used same exact ones in other areas where it's not AFCI and it's fine. Just FYI

From the listing:

"For USB receptacle and GFCI outlet, the plastic prong needs to be cut off before use."

That should fix the issue

I use a few of these outlets too with no problems. The price is good, though I do wish it were the PD version.

Unlikely. Plastic prong being cut off is bc of the increased spacing between receptacles on a GFCI. Plastic prong would no impact on tripping a breaker (and that poster probably already did, since they're using it)
