I have RLS and these are a game changer. Spend the money. I have a larger model with heating and thigh massagers, I recommend getting the nicer one in the future if you like these. I do a lot of hiking and they completely reset my legs after use so I don't need as many rest days.

Have the 300 dollar fitking after few months only the foot part would fill with air made it useless but they did refund me. Was nice when it worked though
