This Pioneer Roku TV is a budget big screen that stands out for quick Roku performance and solid basic everyday use. The picture is described as standard 4K and good enough for casual viewing, with the 50 inch and 70 inch models drawing pleasant surprise for the price. It also fits well in secondary spaces like a garage, man cave, or patio. The main caveat is that the panel and internal components are not premium, so it is better suited to basic viewing than demanding gaming or home theater use.

  • The picture quality may not be great, so it may not satisfy video or audio enthusiasts.

  • The panel quality may be mediocre, which can limit performance compared with higher-end sets.

  • The TV may use cheap internal components, and storage memory chips may fail before the panel.

  • The TV may be better treated as a guest-room option rather than a primary daily viewing or gaming display.

Years ago I got a Sharp Roku TV and these things are great if you are a Roku fan. Very responsive. Not the greatest picture but for the price it can't be beat.

I have 55 inch pioneer, I bought for 250 cause it is dirt cheap, using it for 3 years, it is very ok. Never had a problem with TV.

I recently bought two Sony 86 for $1K as a house warming gift for my brothers. No complaints. I also own an LG 43 IPS, which is used as my PC monitor, and a 55 Samsung Frame TV to watch movies and artworks. We have so many darn TV's in the house, and none of these brands ever broke down. The 55" Sony we bought back in 2003 is still kicking on the PS5 for my nephews. Don't go cheap, because the cost of recycling it will cost more!

Great value for a man cave or outdoor patio, and you're not a video or audiophile.
