This Pumptiva inflator stands out as a cheap dual mode pump that can also serve as a power bank, with the battery capacity and latching design drawing interest. It seems sturdier than the tiny portable inflators, and the wired backup is appealing if the battery runs down. The main drawbacks are the screw on valve connection, which can leak air while attaching and removing, and the USB C port is input only. Brand trust, review count, and battery longevity remain the biggest question marks, especially for roadside use.
The inflator can also function as a power bank, which adds a second use beyond tire inflation.
The promo code SQH8IPBM reportedly still worked, but it required applying the code twice at checkout.
The inflator appears more solid than smaller portable tire inflators, which may help with day-to-day handling.
The unit can be attached and left on while it latches, which can reduce the need to babysit the inflation process.
The inflator reportedly screws onto the valve instead of clamping, which can cause tire pressure loss during unscrewing.
The screw-on valve nozzle can leak air while attaching, and the tube or nozzle may get unpleasantly warm during use.
The inflator's battery performance may be unreliable in winter or extreme heat, which makes it a risky choice for true roadside emergencies.
The inflator may provide limited air output, with one report estimating only about two truck tires worth of air.

Where it would be good is if you have a slow leak and the car/mower/etc isn't near a power outlet. With a car odds are you can use a 12V pump but that may not be true with a mower. Still, it seems like an edge case. If you want an emergency pump in the car (and I do), I think a wired model makes more sense. This seems to make sense if you don't want to mess with getting out the 12V model and you can keep it in the house/garage where it won't over heat/freeze. Finally, I wouldn't be surprised if this lasts just a few years before the battery becomes a real limitation. I've been pleased with my 12V compressors that have generally lasted a decade or more (getting used maybe 1-2 per year).
