Very mixed reviews on this, may depend on the panel type or how it's wired. Going with Home Depot on this deal as the return policy is much better than Amazon.

i have the klein one for about this price range. is this one much better? With the klein i've had issues not being able to find the breaker. it would just ring at multiple breakers.

It is way better than the Klein, and that has great reviews. While the instructions are really straightforward, I would put many of the negative reviews down to user error.

I picked one of these up at a yard sale for a few bucks and I was surprised how well it worked. Helped me identify a few of the poorly labeled breakers in my house. Obviously doesn't do everything this Fluke does, but maybe does enough for most people.

i have a klein one that i bought for about $60 a while ago.. It does not work very well at all. It will ring on multiple breakers none of which are the correct ones. I thought it was just user error. but looked and read more about it and it is a wide spread thing. There are some people that say it works good for them but i assume that might be under perfectly ideal conditions. Watch this video. This was the experience i had with the klein ones and im assuming other cheap ones would be the same.
