I have some of these with the little retention feature, and even then they keep falling off the headrest when there's nothing loading them down.

That was my concern as they look very light. Wished they had some sort of safety pin type lock with a good rubber coating, so to stay in place when driving over the bump, etc. Yet for the price, can't complain more and did order one set that hopefully will not end up in trash!.
