I have the fullsize Sheepdog in Ti. These are fun knives for the 'collection' but really dumb for any kind of daily use.

I like my full sized sheepdog quite a bit; while its dimensions look outlandish, I find it fairly practical for daily use particularly if choking up on the grip a bit to have a little better control, like how chefs sometimes hold the top of a chef's knife between the blade and the handle. It is however quite dangerous closing it one handed due to its bulk and can be hard to get the fingers out of the way as it's swinging down to close.

I think it's a fun knife in the hand, but the blade is way too wide for any sort of proper slicing, which ironically is the only thing a blade shape like this is good for. It's a well-made knife, but it's basically a novelty that gets outclassed by a mini-grip in every way for an edc.
