I am both costco and sams memeber for about 20 yrs now, I believe Costco is slowly loosing it's edge.
And not a huge deal, but having to lug them around is a bit of a pain

Domino's eGift cards are a solid way to prepay for pizza, especially if you already order often and want to stack them with Domino's deals and rewards. The cards can work online, in the app, and in a digital wallet, and the balance is easy to track once saved. The main friction is redemption, since the cards often have to be entered again for each order, only two can be used at once, and future orders or scheduled deliveries may not accept them. A practical value play if you do not mind a little checkout hassle.
Common Questions (5)
They generally cannot be added to the Domino's account in the app, which makes them awkward to manage. A workaround is to store them in a digital wallet or notes app, or print the PDFs and treat them like physical cards.
They can expire, and older Domino's systems reportedly made registration difficult enough that a card expired before use. Balance checks also require entering the code without spaces, and some users have had trouble with checkout or delivery failures.
Yes, they can work online and in the app, including for pickup orders, but you usually have to re-enter the card numbers for each new order. Some orders also require selecting "pay in store" rather than paying directly from the wallet.
The practical limit is usually 2 gift cards per order, even though the cards can be used for regular pizza orders. They also cannot be used to buy other gift cards.
Scheduled deliveries and future orders can fail with these cards, and one report says a future order placed about 5 hours later was rejected. A newer website may have improved pickup use, but it is still not fully reliable.

An another note, always go for the handmade pan pizza! 100x better then their reg crust. Def worth the extra couple bucks. You can thank me later...although your doctor won't.

Same here - plus and exec. Costco pays for itself with travel and even a more. Also, Costco is local but Sams a good 30 minutes away. Used to have a local Sams and only switched to Costco when they closed the local one.
Batteries are still better at Sams - cost is the same but not only they install it for you but also still give you a full 3yr warranty and not prorated like Costco.
Brand for brand, Sams edges better. And even Kirkland products have gone downhill.
Not happy with Sams move to charge for shipping under $50, but then again Costco inflates almost everything if it's to be shipped and even sometimes ads a shipping charge. Costco at least still gives you 2% back on online stuff, whereas Sams doesn't.

If you are fine with physical gift cards, then just print out e-gift cards and treat them as physical gift cards.
Also, to keep track of gift cards, you can create an email folder (or 1 large email) where you store/track them all. If going this route, be sure to copy+paste your gift card# and pin# (from the pdfs) and paste the plain text into the email for easy access, and you'll need to update each GC amount as you use them. Keeping them on email (instead of a file on your home computer) means you'll have access to them when you're out shopping.
