Right now I am with FIOS and paying $24.99 ($39.99 - $15.00 (cellur discount)).
Paid for 200 down and 200 up. It was an option when I got it. When they came to install my service the guy said, "I don't understand how you can sign up for 200 up/down when the slowest I can give you service is 300 up/down.
So I ended up getting 300 up and down for $39.99. Then I joined Visible... and got my $15.00 off.
The problem is I need to switch from Visiable to Mint cause that is what I do... in about one month.

rebate was also a hassle. I never received my rebate and was never notified. I had to speak with a very rude representative arguing that I picked the wrong plan as I was explaining there were only 2 plans available and I picked the one with higher rebate.
